Aww, she's adorable. She's got her paws crossed like she's meditating. I miss my dog being that size. Now she's just large and crazy. What's her breed?

Apparently she is a yellow lab, although we need to check with the vet to make sure.

Never had a big dog before, and so really excited. Plus, Hend is such a bad ass character in Islam.

Just one word of advice- keep all footwear out of reach of the puppy.

You might regret giving her such a bad ass name if she really does turn into a bad ass... my puppy gets these bouts of madness where she runs around with a broom in her mouth. Quite a hazard really.

I love dogs, so I must say, I hope you make lots of time for this one. People never really realize how big of a commitment having a dog is, and think of it on a short term basis rather than a 10 yr or so basis.

I don't think she's a pure yellow lab at all. You can tell by the ears/shape of face/fur. She could be a yellow lab mix though.

She looks like such a sweet puppy, I want to eat her. I miss dogs :(

Well we were told she was pure breed, but chances are she's not, which would mean getting half our money back (YEAH!)

She is sick though, hasn't eaten anything all day...so planning on calling the vet today and have him come. Shame, it's a hit and miss when you buy them here: and they treat them so badly it's disgusting.

We're not sure 100% yet, need to get a vet to check it out. We've heard everything from Belgian Shepherd to yellow Lab, but in Jordan pet stores are crap and don't know anything about dogs...so will let you guys know once the vet sees her!

actually, we have a bit of a joke here where after everything we say "and then we will fuck you"...we were at the pet store and holding her and petting her and i say "first we're going to give you a bath, then we're going to comb your hair"...and then my friend says (perhaps a bit too loudly)"...and then we will fuck you"

Needless to say the pet store dude wasn't very impressed.

Come to think of it, now my pron comment seems very inappropriate.

Dog is delicious. Puppy is best - like veal. And as you eat, you get to imagine them being locked up in little crates to prevent movement and beaten to death to soften the meat. It's good eating.

Ha! Well, I had a huge argument about the name...I wanted Hend because she was Mohammad's arch-enemy, ate peoples' livers, and had sex with black people (and then killed the black baby). It was too bad-ass. Unfortuantely, I was told Hend was "not a dog's name"...but yeah, went for it anyway.
